Smallfoot (Review)

Director; Karey Kirkpatrick
1h 36 minutes

Channing Tatum got some real pipes! Truly impressed by his singing talents, we know he could act, and we defiantly knew the man could dance, but sing? I mean, I’m not saying he should now focus on a music career and drop a solo album, but I wouldn’t mind hearing him in future in some animated characters delivering some tunes.

Smallfoot is a cute and charming semi-musical story in reverse, what if instead of the humans were the ones not believing in Bigfoot but Bigfoot not believing in the existence of humans?
It’s a beautiful movie for the entire family to enjoy and actually learn some from. It has a heartwarming message that the truth will not only set you free, but also to never let someone dominate your beliefs and thoughts. Don’t let someone else guide you, take a stand and create your own path, and walk alone if no one believes in you, doesn’t mean your wrong.

Migo gets banished from his community above the clouds because he comes with the news that he has actually seen a smallfoot aka human and that the stones are wrong, the writing that the everyone else believes in, he then embarks on a journey to prove them wrong. 6/10

Vue Cinemas in Leicester Square in the beautiful city of London was packed when the summer’s hottest movie Magic Mike XXL premiered. It was bigger, hotter, and better than the first one that came out in 2012. I finally got to see the love of my life Matt Bomer in person and he is just as I imagined, an angel on Earth. Got a hug, his autograph, and snatched a number of pictures of him and the other stars from the movie. Others who were there was Magic Mike himself, Channing Tatum plus Adam Rodriguez, Joe Manganiello, Jada Pinket Smith, and Amber Heard.

Must say that I had a ”newfound love and respect” for Channing and Adam, two great actors who really took the time to give their fans a smile by taking selfies with them, sign their pictures, and talk to them. Both were absolutely incredibly charming, radiated ”kindness” and were simply wonderful. Once I asked Channing for a hug his response was, ”Of course, get in here,” and leaned forward with open arms, same with Adam. They both embraced me and it may have meant nothing to them but it meant the world to me, I don’t think they’ll ever understand how happy they made me, Matt as well.

Kinda sad that I never got a hug from Joe, nor did I get him to sign the picture, he barely made it to the VIP/MAG Section :/ Would’ve loved for everyone to sign the picture, and Kevin Nash didn’t show up so never got his either. Oh well, got Bomers, with that I’m set for Life! :D And I was too distracted by Channing that I didn’t get the chance to tell him to sign his image and not Joe’s pants haha!
